Christina is one of my bridal boudoir clients of whom I’m most proud. Christina is a stunning plus-size bride who traveled from Orlando to our Jacksonville, Florida boudoir studio for her bridal boudoir session! She knew this was something she wanted to gift her fiance but she was nervous after having an impersonal, less-than-stellar boudoir experience at a different boudoir studio in the past. I’m so glad she gave it another chance because babyyy, her photos were to die for! She radiated confidence and beauty, and I just know her now-husband loved his gift!
Beyond Traditional White Wedding Lingerie
Who says bridal boudoir has to be all about white? Christina wanted her personality to shine through, so we planned to give her a mix of traditional bride looks and spicier looks that broke away from all-white. For her bridal looks, she brought her favorite white cowgirl boots, her wedding veil, and two different white lingerie outfits. For her “just for fun” look she went with a beautiful green lingerie that popped against her collection and dark hair. We went all over the studio, taking photos against the brick wall, our mirror, the bed, and our velvet couch.
Being a Beautiful Plus Size Boudoir Bride
Another reason why I wanted to showcase Christina is that she is a plus-size bride. So often, these brides shy away from getting boudoir done because most photographers only show off women who don’t look like them. Well, not here! We’re known for making our plus-size Queens glow on camera. We serve women of all body types because every woman deserves to see themselves as the strong, beautiful, feminine bride they are. Just look at Christina! Her husband is a lucky guy and we love that she felt safe, confident, and cared for in our studio.
The Perfect Wedding Day Gift
Because Christina was from out of town, we rushed to get her edits done, so she could see them on the big screen the same day! She LOVED all of them. The girl is a natural and there were so many amazing photos to choose from. (It was hard to narrow them down!)
In the end, Christina went home with a gorgeous keepsake album to gift her groom-to-be on their wedding day. It’s such a special and intimate gift that captures her essence and their love story. Albums are common for our brides. Most bridal boudoir babes like to give their future spouse a little black book keepsake for their wedding gift. Some ladies also like to get them wall art to hang in their bedroom or bathroom as a sexy reminder of their wedding.
