1. Do I have to get naked for a boudoir shoot?
Not at all! Nudity is completely optional. Some clients go full glam in lingerie, while others feel most confident in a robe, an oversized tee, or a two-piece that shows just enough. Boudoir is about capturing your essence, not anyone else’s expectations. You’ll never be asked to do anything that makes you uncomfortable.
2. Will you share my boudoir photos online?
Only with your permission. Your images are yours, and your privacy is top priority. I never share photos unless you’ve signed a release saying you’re 100% okay with it. If you want to keep it just between us, it stays that way.
3. Can I bring my partner to the session?
Boudoir is a solo experience in my studio. This time is just for you. No partners, no friends…just you, me, and a hype-filled space where you get to focus fully on yourself. This helps protect the vibe, keep the energy empowering, and allows you to relax and fully step into your moment.
4. What should I bring to my boudoir shoot?
Here’s a quick list to pack:
- 2–3 outfits (think lingerie, bodysuits, oversized button-downs, etc.)
- Heels or boots if that’s your thing
- Jewelry or statement pieces
- Any personal touches that make you feel like you
Don’t worry if you’re not sure. We’ll go over it all in your pre-session planning call. I’ll help you style your looks so everything feels seamless.
5. Should I get a spray tan before my boudoir session?
Please don’t. Spray tans (even from professional studios) often leave uneven patches, residue on clothing, and can look off under studio lighting. Your natural skin tone will always photograph best. Promise.
6. How should I prepare for my boudoir session?
Some simple prep goes a long way:
- Stay hydrated in the days leading up
- Get a good night’s sleep
- Moisturize daily
- Avoid tight clothing the day of your session to prevent skin lines
- Skip any new skincare treatments or waxes right before the shoot
We’ll handle hair, makeup, posing, and guidance. All you need to do is show up and trust the process.
7. I’m nervous. Is that normal?
Totally. I hear this every single week, and guess what? Every single woman walks out feeling confident, proud, and on top of the world. You don’t have to know how to pose. You don’t have to be a certain size. All you have to do is show up as you are.
8. What if I’m not confident in my body right now?
