After you submit an inquiry form, you’ll get a call from our team within 72 hours. We’ll get to know your vision and help you select a date. Once your deposit is in and your date’s booked, we will send you our signature maternity boudoir prep-guide and set up a pre-session planning consultation to help you get ready for your photoshoot. You'll get all the answers needed like what to wear, what to expect, do’s/don’t the day before, and so much more. Not sure where to shop? Don’t worry! You can shop our private Client Closet or we can share our favorite local shops in Jacksonville!
THE Maternity BOUDOIR EXPERIENCE
HERE’S HOW IT STARTS, QUEEN!

Your session will be scheduled during the week in our private, Jacksonville studio (in Riverside) with an all-women crew. You’ll be greeted with some snacks and (pregnancy appropriate) bubbly before settling in for your 90-minute hair and makeup session by our licensed cosmetologist.
Then, we will lay out all your outfit options, slip in some extras from the Client Closet and begin your session. Never done a boudoir shoot before? Don’t worry - we’ll have you comfortable, posing like a pro, and when in doubt we twerk it out! Angelica or Kayla will play your favorite tunes and help guide you into the perfect poses, coach you on what to do with your hands, and even how to point your toes! You’re the star in this shoot, Queen!
What to expect THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION
After your session, our team will get to work editing every photo to prepare for your reveal and ordering appointment. There, you'll come back in and see yourself on our big screen. Prepare to see yourself in a new light. If it comes down to loving them all, we’ll even jump in and help you pick out the perfect images to go in your album or to hang on your wall. Only if you want me to! At your VIP photo reveal session, you can let me know if you feel comfortable with me sharing your photos on social media or my website. If not, that’s totally fine.
The earlier the better so we can get you at the prime belly time, between 33-36 weeks. If you're worried it's too close to that timeframe - get in touch anyway! We'll do our best to get you in ASAP.
Yes! Most sessions take place in our private Riverside boudoir studio in Jacksonville, FL. We have the option to do an outdoor location or an Airbnb if there’s a spot you love. If you want to shoot with me but you don’t live in JAX, no problem! Our Client Experience Manager can chat about your location details during the consultation call.
The photo reveal is a pre-scheduled appointment that takes place about a week or so after your photoshoot (unless you're coming in from out-of-town). You’ll come into our private viewing room inside the studio to see your photos for the first time! We will review the product collections together and pick your favorite photos. I will guide you at this appointment and give you my expert opinion. This is the only chance you can order your photos.
No, hair and makeup are complimentary services we provide and are not part of the booking fee. The hair and makeup artists are professionals and specialize in boudoir, which is different from your day-to-day makeup look. I promise you are in great hands!
Not necessarily. Upon booking, I will send you a Maternity Boudoir Prep-Guide to help guide you on what to bring/wear to your session. If you have something in mind already that makes you feel like a sexy Mama - bring that. If you’d like to purchase new lingerie or borrow something from our Client Closet, we’d be happy to help you choose the best outfits!
No boys allowed – sorry! If you and your partner would like to do a couples maternity session, let us know! We offer classic couples maternity sessions on the beach, in -studio, and anywhere around town! You can bring a female friend or partner but I don’t recommend it. It can be awkward posing in front of friends and family, so they will have to sit in the waiting room during your session. For the BEST experience, we highly recommend you come alone so you can let loose, have fun, and not have to entertain any guests on your big day.
