Bold & Sexy Bridal Boudoir

I met Xandra a few months before she tied the knot. She wanted a bold, sexy wedding gift to slip her partner the morning of their wedding. She had seen my bridal boudoir photos on Instagram and knew her partner would go crazy for it. We decided a peep show bridal boudoir reel would be the perfect combination of daring and intimate.

Even though Xandra was excited about the gift, she was nervous. She didn’t know how to pose for a boudoir photoshoot and wasn’t sure she’d look as sensual as the women on my website. She was confident and comfortable in her skin but boudoir was so different then taking photos for Instagram.

And you know me…I was not about to let that fear stop her!

The truth is that you probably won’t know how to pose for boudoir unless you’ve done it before. That’s ok. I always remind people that it’s my job to pose them from head to toe. Once you step in my studio, I’ll coach you on how to stand, when to point your toes, and how to peek at the camera in a way that will make your partner drool. You just need to show up, enjoy a pre-photoshoot pamper session, and have fun, Queen!

Once she said yes, Xandra and I decided to include her wedding veil and her “Bride” robe into the photoshoot. I always encourage brides to do this. Using your veil in a bridal boudoir photoshoot gives us a lot of options to get playful and create images that tease your significant other.

Another example of how to create intimate bridal photos is revealing Xandra’s tattoo. She has a cute, usually hidden, tattoo near her hip. A tattoo most people wouldn’t know was there. So, we got playful and posed her in a way to show off the tattoo to create a particularly intimate photo – something only her partner would know.

It was such a great touch!
